Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. While it had some positive aspects, like the initial impressiveness of the lobby, the condition of the rooms and bathrooms left much to be desired. The stench of smoke was overwhelming, and cleanliness was a major issue. Overall, the experience did not match the price we paid, especially considering the better options available in the area.
The hotel has a modern exterior and spacious rooms, but it doesn't live up to expectations when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance. While the amenities like the money exchange machine and a few English channels on TV were a plus, the state of the room left much to be desired, especially the lingering smell and stained carpets. The staff tried their best to assist, but the language barrier made things challenging. Overall, it felt more like a budget option than anything close to a grand hotel experience.
The hotel offers a mix of pros and cons. While the rooms are spacious and clean, they definitely show signs of aging. The service is helpful, especially with transportation arrangements, but the dining experience leaves much to be desired. Additionally, the hotel's location is quite far from the major tourist sites, which can be inconvenient for sightseeing.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. While the breakfast was impressive with a wide variety of options, the condition of the rooms left much to be desired. The staff struggled with English, making communication challenging, but they tried their best. The overall cleanliness was questionable, and I felt that the hotel did not meet the standards expected for its rating. I would not recommend this place to others.
My stay was alright overall, but this hotel has seen better days. The grand reception area is inviting, yet the rooms are in desperate need of renovation. The breakfast was surprisingly good, with plenty of options. However, the lack of basic amenities, like fridges in the rooms, was a downside. For the price we paid, it felt just okay, but I wouldn't return without significant improvements.
